Shortcomings of PYB1750 cone crusher：
(1)the safety device is unreliable and the cavity is difficult to clear. After being stuck and stopped, the broken cavity is filled with ore, so the part of the funnel should be removed and the ore should be cleaned manually. If there is a dead iron block, it needs to be cut off with a cutting gun, which not only affects the normal driving, but also increases the labor intensity of the workers.
(2)long maintenance period and more spare parts. The main wear and tear parts of this cone crusher are moving cone lining and fixed cone lining. Because the disassembly process is more complicated and the filling material zinc alloy pouring is more troublesome, it is necessary to reserve a set of adjusting ring device and main shaft device.
(3)the dustproof device is unreasonable. Because the dust-proof pipe is easy to clog, a large amount of dust enters the thin oil station, the lubricating oil pollution is serious, generally in about 3 months to replace the lubricating oil, the polluted lubricating oil often will lead to the oil pump damage.
