Fault Analysis And Treatment Of common HP500 Hydraulic Syste

In the daily production process, HP500 crusher hydraulic system common faults are:
 
(1)The hydraulic pump is unable to pressurize
 
(2)The locking and releasing pressures do not reach the set point
 
(3)Locking, release pressure can not be maintained
 
(4)The crusher cannot clear cavity
 
(5)The crusher can not adjust the discharge well
 
Among them, (4) (5) two kinds of faults occurred more intuitive, mainly related solenoid valve and solenoid valve control circuit, the failure occurred little
 
As for (3), as long as the locking cylinder, oil pressure switch PS1-A, RLV5 safety valve, solenoid valve SOL3, one-way valve CL1 element does not leak, locking pressure can keep; release cylinder, oil pressure switch PS2-A, RLV6 safety valve, one-way valve CL3 element does not leak, release the pressure you can keep.
 
In the long-term maintenance, through (1) (2) failure analysis, summary, there are several main reasons:
 
1、The hydraulic pump can not pressurize the cause of the failure
 
-The hydraulic oil is not enough, the oil pump can not start (the hydraulic system is in automatic control);
 
-The hydraulic pump coupling pad wear or damage (by observing the changes of hydraulic station G1 pressure gauge pointer judgment)
 
-The oil pipe in the hydraulic tank is seriously leaking
 
-Hydraulic pumps wear badly or leak out
 
2, lock cylinder and release cylinder pressure can not reach the set value of the cause of the fault
 
-Manual pressure, hydraulic pressure is not enough
 
-Hydraulic tubing, locking cylinder, release cylinder leakage
 
-High temperature of hydraulic oil
 
-Hydraulic oil is spoiled or flooded
 
-Safety valve, solenoid valve fault
 
treatment measures
 
-The hydraulic crusher station and lubricating station separation.
 
-In the hydraulic pump control circuit are connected in series with the time delay relay contacts closed, effectively avoid the hydraulic oil pressure instability caused by frequent fill pressure. -Daily inspection of hydraulic oil, to ensure the purity of hydraulic oil, found that hydraulic oil deterioration, water seepage should be replaced hydraulic oil; check hydraulic oil filter, found the filter plug, timely replacement; regular hydraulic tank for thorough cleaning;
 
-Regularly check the accumulator nitrogen pressure, the locking loop pressure is lower than 83bar, the release circuit is below 105bar, should promptly supplement nitrogen;
