1,Hammer head:

2, main shaft:
because of the friction in operation, the shaft diameter at both ends of the spindle is worn. When installing the shaft diameter, two protective bushings are added to the shaft, so that it can be clasped on the shaft to protect the shaft diameter. If slight wear is due to poor lubrication, use metallographic sandpaper or fine grinding paste to remove abrasion marks.
 
3,Hammer frame:
the hammer frame of hammer crusher has less contact with the material, but the end of the hammer frame is not immune to the impact of the material and is worn, and the wear part is mostly the end of the outer circle. The repair method is to use manganese steel stack electrode for surfacing welding. The electrode should be dried before surfacing, and the surface is smooth after welding. If the edge hammer plate of the hammer frame and the side plate of the shell are impacted by the material, the wear of the edge hammer disk is more serious, and the wear resistance layer is surfaced on the circumference of the edge disc and the side near the side plate before the replacement of the new edge disc, which can prolong the service life of the edge plate.
 
4,Bearing:
due to the wear on the working surface, the geometry and size of the bearing are changed, the matching clearance with the journal increases, and the Babbitt alloy layer falls off or partially melts. New bearings need to be replaced when the bearing cracks occur and the bearing temperature rises or vibrates.
 
5, Bearing bush:
after a long period of operation, wear causes the bearing geometry and size change, and the gap between the shaft diameter change. If not adjusted in time, the Babbitt alloy layer will fall off, the bearing temperature will rise or produce vibration, and the bearing will crack. The bearing wear can be repaired by scraping and adjusting gasket. Repair can reduce the thickness of the gasket group, adjust the top gap to a specified value. The bearing should be scraped to restore the fit between the shaft and the bearing.
