2)The viscous material is easy to block the broken space, it should be stopped to deal with the clogging fault, and the ore can not be poked in operation.
3)When the material processed by the roller crusher contains more bulks, it is necessary to pay attention to the fact that the large ore is easily extruded out of the crushing space to prevent injury or damage to the equipment.
4)After running the roller crusher for a long time, the product granularity will be too fine because of the larger wear of the roller surface. At this time, attention should be paid to adjust the discharge opening or overhaul the equipment.
5)The inspection of roller crusher parts should be strengthened, the lubricating parts of the crusher should be refueled on time, and the equipment should be lubricated in good condition.
