Comminution theory of inertial cone crusher

There are three famous crushing theories in the international comminution field, namely, area theory, volume theory and crack theory. Due to the limitation of historical conditions and scientific research means, these traditional crushing theories are all based on dynamics and equilibrium state. On the basis of continuous gradual change process and steady process, the theoretical study of comminution physics and comminution power consumption is carried out. 5) Fractal technology. Fractal technology better reflects the nature of fragmentation, ore and natural sand basically accord with the fractal law. The fractal theory is used to study the fractal dimension Ds and power consumption on the surface of broken ore particles. Furthermore, the rule of breaking power consumption is revealed.
 
6) catastrophe theory. According to the characteristics of discontinuity, catastrophe, irreversibility, nonlinearity and open system, the material comminution process is studied by using catastrophe theory and dissipative structure. The physical nature of the destruction of the old structure and the formation of the new structure in the process of material crushing is illustrated by the nonlinear irreversible process thermodynamics of material crushing. The mechanism of material breaking is promoted to the category of nonlinear thermodynamics and nonlinear dynamics.
 
7) discrete mathematics. The discrete element method can be used to study and simulate the wear state and law of different shape wear parts of crusher under different working conditions. The data obtained from the analysis can be used to optimize the structure and technological parameters of the crusher.
