9,Use oxygen to cut the hammer bolts and pull them out; cut off the bumps caused by wear on both sides of the hammer.
10,Hold hammerhead out pin shaft, if pin shaft bending can not be extracted, then cut off with oxygen.
11,Remove the hammer, pin shaft, fixed sleeve and bolt to one side without affecting the construction.
12,Lift the new hammer to the crusher and hold it when using a pipe or crowbar to avoid sliding to one side.
13,From the grate bed to the crusher rotor build a pipe, two people hold the hammer head push to the right position, pay attention to the head of the hammer head down to prevent the hammer head from falling to hurt; the other fixed sleeve and pin shaft, wear bolts.
14,When the hammer head is replaced, the weight of the hammer head should be checked one by one to ensure the balance of the rotor as far as possible.
15,Fix all bolts by spot welding after the hammer is installed.
16,the disc rotor body is used for observing the clearance between the hammer head and the sieve plate , and the sieve plate needs to be adjusted when needed .
17,Clean up the scene, all personnel after the power transmission test machine, observe the current and vibration.
