2. Want full load production, otherwise can appear product granularity is too coarse.
3. The crushing ratio in the production line should be reasonable, so as to maximize the efficiency of the crusher.
4. Spring pressure can not be too tight, too much pressure will occur shaft break accident, pressure too small spring will beat frequently, affecting the normal operation of the crusher, and product granularity coarser.
5. Lubricating oil temperature must not be too high or too low, otherwise will affect the operation of the machine.
6. Lubricating oil should be replaced frequently, not too dirty, too dirty will accelerate gear and bowl bush, shaft sleeve wear, and even cause the axle sleeve to die.
7. Transmission belt installation should not be too tight, otherwise it will cause the drive shaft to rotate inflexibly or break, nor too loose, otherwise it will cause the crusher to stun the car.
8. Feed should not be too wet too sticky, not too much fine particles, nor too large, otherwise will cause stuffy car.
9.The ore deposit at the outlet of crusher will also cause stuffing.
