2 The crusher stops after breaking the mine and cleans the slag around the lifting hole of the wedge, the wedge fixed bolt and the jaw plate with the cleaning apparatus.
3 Use crane and jaw lifting tools to lift the upper jaw.
4 Loosen the locking bolts of the upper wedge and the middle wedge respectively, remove the upper wedge lock bolt and the upper wedge, and then use the crane to lift the upper jaw plate to the ground.
5.Crane and jaw lifting tools are used to hoist the lower jaw.
6 Loosen the locking bolts of the middle wedge and the lower wedge, remove the locking bolt and the middle wedge, and then use the crane to lift the jaw plate to the ground.
7 Check the use of upper, middle and lower wedges and their fixed bolts, if there is a large deformation, cracks or damage should be replaced.
